- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If i could give no stars i would. Rachel is great but your manager here is horrid. From the minute we drove the car off the lot nothing but issue's. Had it about 4-5 months and it was in the shop 5 times. Then told it is the transmission but you will only fix then tack it onto what we are paying. A week after we got it we couldn't even take it on the highway! New manager comes off vacation and instead of asking about the whole situation just gives us crap. We got a car from the coldwater MI location and it was great! No problems but this branch i would stay far away from! Im sorry if the manager there Hates dealing with people or his job, that's what it seems like, but be a little nicer on the phone in the future.
